How our pricing logic works

  • High season (October, November, January–March)
    Our standard rate "Overnight stay with half board" and our wellness packages are available for booking. You can get price advantages by booking early (60 days in advance) or through our midweek packages "Midweek Wellness" and "Enjoy Longer."
  • Low & off-season (April–September and Advent)
    In addition, we offer seasonal specials with price advantages. During the summer (June–August) and Advent, wellness packages are deliberately not available for booking, as the specials are always cheaper during this period—even if you book treatments individually.
  • Discounted offers cannot be combined.

How does pricing work at DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & Spa?

Why is there no 3/4 board or lunch buffet included?

We deliberately do not offer 3/4 board or a lunch buffet. Many guests spend their days flexibly—in the wellness area, in their rooms, or outdoors in nature. A fixed lunch menu would therefore often go unused and lead to avoidable food waste. Instead, we prepare all meals fresh and individually. This allows us to guarantee the best quality while operating sustainably and responsibly without having to raise prices unnecessarily.

What is the difference between high season, late season, and low season?

The high season covers October, November, and January to March. During this period, our standard rate "overnight stay with half board" and wellness packages are available for booking. In the off-season and low season (April–September and Advent), you can benefit from additional seasonal specials with attractive price advantages. The available offers are automatically displayed in the booking system.

What are the benefits of early bird and long-term booking offers?

With the early bird offer (at least 60 days in advance, minimum two nights), you save 10% on the accommodation price. With the long-stay offer (six nights or more), you receive a 15% discount. Both offers are valid all year round, except during our seasonal specials, and are particularly worthwhile for those who plan their wellness vacation well in advance.

Are seasonal specials cheaper than wellness packages?

Yes. During the summer months (June–August) and Advent, our classic wellness packages are deliberately not available for booking, as the seasonal specials are always cheaper—even if you book treatments individually. This means you automatically benefit from the best price.

What is included in the offers and prices?

Our offers usually include accommodation with half board—with a late riser breakfast and a 4-course evening meal—as well as our inclusive services. These include use of the four-level wellness area and participation in yoga, relaxation, and fitness classes according to the current course schedule. You can find the exact services included in each offer.

Can multiple discounts or offers be combined?

No. Price advantages such as early bird discounts, long-term bookings, seasonal specials, or holiday offers cannot be combined. However, our principle of affordability always applies: we automatically recommend the option that best suits your desired dates.

Is there a minimum stay?

Depending on the period and offer, there may be a minimum stay – for example, on weekends, public holidays, or for certain specials. The online booking system will only show you offers that are available for your selected length of stay.

Can solo travelers also book these offers?

Yes. Many offers are also available for solo travelers. Prices vary depending on room category, season, and length of stay. Simply select "1 person" when booking or speak to our reception team—we will be happy to advise you.

Do you accept children or dogs?

We are an adults-only wellness hotel for guests aged 16 and over, and we are deliberately dog-free. Our hotel is aimed at people who are looking for peace, nature, and wellness—without distractions, but with plenty of space to unwind.
