Cancellation Policy for the "September Special: 10%–15% Off" Offer
- Up to 15 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 70% of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- On the day of arrival, in the event of a no-show, or in the event of early departure: 100% of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, Article 16, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to hotel bookings. The hotel's cancellation policy applies.
