The DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & Spa is first and foremost about peace, relaxation and recreation. This is precisely why we are the perfect venue for small, intimate conferences - far away from the hustle and bustle and large groups. Here, your team can concentrate on their work - and at the same time recharge their batteries in the soothing tranquillity of our hotel.
Our conference room offers space for a maximum of 12 people, including the trainer/speaker. This creates space for concentrated work, creative exchange and sustainable results - embedded in the special atmosphere of our hotel.

That's why our offer blends harmoniously into the hotel's everyday life: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as part of our regular offer - without any loud hustle and bustle and without separate major events. Conference package & room
Our conference package is deliberately kept lean and includes everything you need for successful work:
- Use of the conference room incl. standard technology
- Filter coffee, water, apple juice and cookies in the room (all day)
- Lunch: Choice of light snacks (e.g. tarte flambée, salad plate or vegan dish)
- Price: 69 € per person

Additional options
You can extend your conference as required:
- Breakfast buffet (for participants without overnight stay; available daily between 08:00 and 11:30): € 29 per person
- Afternoon cake with filter coffee: € 9 per person
- Four-course evening menu: €59 per person (In the evening we serve our fixed four-course menu as part of half board).
Coffee specialties and tea can be easily ordered via our smartphone ordering system. In the room, we provide filter coffee, water, apple juice and pastries for self-service.
Overnight stay - the basis of every conference with us
As a wellness hotel with a focus on relaxation, we always offer conferences in combination with overnight stays. This preserves the special tranquillity of our hotel and your team benefits from the soothing setting. After intensive conference hours, our wellness area with two pools, saunas and relaxation rooms invites you to unwind.

Our hotel is an adults-only wellness hotel for guests aged 16 and over - a place of tranquillity. The same applies to meetings: no large conferences or loud company events. Instead, we offer small teams the opportunity to concentrate on their work and at the same time treat themselves to a soothing break - without a supporting program, completely in the spirit of silence and clarity.

Is there a maximum number of participants?
Yes, in view of our positioning as a wellness hotel & spa, we organize conferences for a maximum of 12 people including trainer/speaker. This leaves enough space for concentrated work and a quiet atmosphere.
Do you offer supporting programs?
We deliberately do not offer classic supporting programs or active events. As a positioned wellness hotel & spa, our focus is on rest, recuperation and relaxation - this is our "supporting program", so to speak.
Is it possible to meet without an overnight stay?
As a matter of principle, we combine conferences with overnight stays so that the quiet atmosphere of the hotel is maintained and your team can use the wellness area. In justified individual cases, we will also consider conferences without overnight accommodation on request.
What types of seating are possible?
We are happy to set up the room to suit your format - U-shape, block/table, rows/theater, parliamentary seating or a circle of chairs are all possible.
How do I order cappuccino & tea?
You can easily order hot drinks such as cappuccino and tea via our smartphone ordering system. You will find a QR code in the conference room; filter coffee, water, apple juice and pastries are also available throughout the day.
