Im DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & Spa geht es in erster Linie um Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung. Genau deshalb passen zu uns Klausuren im kleinen, feinen Rahmen - fernab von Hektik und großen Gruppen. Hier darf Ihr Team konzentriert arbeiten - und gleichzeitig in der wohltuenden Ruhe unseres Hauses Kraft schöpfen.

Unser Tagungsraum bietet Platz für maximal 12 Personen, inklusive Trainer:in/Referent:in. Damit schaffen wir Raum für konzentriertes Arbeiten, kreativen Austausch und nachhaltige Ergebnisse - eingebettet in die besondere Atmosphäre unseres Hauses.

We host conferences exclusively during the week. Guests may arrive from Sunday through Thursday, and must depart by Friday at the latest. We deliberately do not host conferences or events on Fridays or Saturdays.

Wir möchten, dass sich Tagungsgäste ebenso wohlfühlen wie unsere Urlaubsgäste. Deshalb fügt sich unser Angebot harmonisch in den Hotelalltag ein: Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen erfolgen im Rahmen unseres regulären Angebotes - ganz ohne lauten Trubel und ohne separate Großveranstaltungen. So entsteht die ideale Verbindung: Arbeiten, wo andere zur Ruhe kommen.

Conference package

Our conference package is deliberately kept simple and includes everything you need for successful work:

Use of the conference room, including standard technology
Filter coffee, water, apple juice, and pastries outside the conference room (all day)
Lunch: Choice of light snacks (e.g., tarte flambée, salad plate, or vegan dish)
Price: €69 per person

Our design philosophy of spaciousness extends to the workplace as well. With 88 square meters of space, we offer your team the luxury of open floor plans and natural light.

Tech without the hassle:A projector / 85-inch display (HDMI), flip chart, bulletin board, and reliable Wi-Fi are included.
Spaciousness:88 m² of floor space for up to 12 people (plenty of room for creative expression).
Light & Space:Located on the eastern side of the valley, offering panoramic views and plenty of natural light.

Additional options

Depending on your needs, you can customize your conference:

Breakfast buffet (for participants without overnight accommodation; available daily between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.): €29 per person
Lunch: A selection of light snacks (e.g., tarte flambée, salad plate, or vegan dish) à la carte
Afternoon cake with filter coffee: €9 per person
Four-course evening menu: €59 per person (In the evening, we serve our fixed four-course menu as part of the half-board option.)

Coffee specialties and tea can be easily ordered via our ordering system using a smartphone. Filter coffee, water, apple juice, and pastries are available for self-service in the room.

Übernachtung - die Basis jeder Tagung bei uns

As a wellness hotel with a focus on relaxation, we generally offer conferences in conjunction with overnight stays. This preserves the special tranquility of our hotel and allows your team to benefit from the soothing surroundings. After intensive conference hours, our wellness area with two pools, saunas, and relaxation rooms invites you to unwind.

Overnight stay price including breakfast, use of the wellness area, and parking: €160 per person

(In exceptional cases, we will also consider conferences without overnight stays upon request.)

Cancellation Policy and Payment

You may cancel free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival.
For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival, we will charge 50% of the total price of the booked services.
If you cancel between 7 days and 1 day before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total price.
On the day of arrival, in the event of a no-show, or in the event of early departure, we will charge 100% of the total price of the booked services.
If the company expressly agrees to cover the costs, we will invoice you for the services. In this case, the invoice amount is due in full within 14 days of the invoice date.

Unser Haus ist ein Adults-Only-Wellnesshotel ab 16 Jahren - ein Ort der Ruhe. Auch bei Tagungen gilt: keine großen Konferenzen oder lauten Firmen-Events. Stattdessen bieten wir kleinen Teams die Möglichkeit, konzentriert zu arbeiten und sich gleichzeitig eine wohltuende Auszeit zu gönnen - ohne Rahmenprogramm, ganz im Zeichen von Stille und Klarheit.

Adults Only: Unser Haus ist ein Rückzugsort für Erwachsene ab 16 Jahren - für eine ungestörte, klare Arbeitsatmosphäre.
No dogs:To ensure a comfortable environment for those with allergies and a peaceful working atmosphere, please leave your pets outside.
No event hustle and bustle:We don’t host weddings, loud corporate parties, or large seminars. Your retreat will remain as exclusive as your team.

Yes. In line with our positioning as a wellness hotel & spa, we organize conferences for a maximum of 12 people, including trainers/speakers. This ensures there is enough space for concentrated work and a peaceful atmosphere.
