At the DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & Spa, our focus is on peace, relaxation, and rejuvenation. That’s exactly why we’re the perfect setting for small, intimate retreats—far away from the hustle and bustle and large groups. Here, your team can work with full concentration—while recharging in the soothing tranquility of our hotel.
Our conference room can accommodate up to 12 people, including trainers/speakers. This creates space for concentrated work, creative exchange, and sustainable results—all embedded in the special atmosphere of our hotel.
We host conferences exclusively during the week. Guests may arrive from Sunday through Thursday, and must depart by Friday at the latest. We deliberately do not host conferences or events on Fridays or Saturdays.

We want conference guests to feel just as comfortable as our vacation guests. That's why our services blend harmoniously into everyday hotel life: breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as part of our regular offerings—without any loud commotion or separate large-scale events. This creates the ideal combination: working where others come to relax.
Please note: We deliberately do not offer a classic framework or activity program. Our focus is on peace, relaxation, and an environment that enables concentrated work.
Our supporting program is called tranquility—no shows, no events, just clarity for good results.

Conference package
Our conference package is deliberately kept simple and includes everything you need for successful work:
- Use of the conference room, including standard technology
- Filter coffee, water, apple juice, and pastries in the room (all day)
- Lunch: Choice of light snacks (e.g., tarte flambée, salad plate, or vegan dish)
- Price: €69 per person
A Space for Thoughts
Our design philosophy of spaciousness extends to the workplace as well. With 88 square meters of space, we offer your team the luxury of open floor plans and natural light.
- Essential equipment:A projector/screen (HDMI), flip chart, bulletin board, and reliable Wi-Fi are included.
- Spaciousness:88 m² of floor space for up to 12 people (plenty of room for creative expression).
- Light & Space:Located on the eastern side of the valley, offering panoramic views and plenty of natural light.
- Digital Silence:Order specialty coffees silently via your smartphone—for an uninterrupted flow of thoughts without being disturbed by service staff.
Additional options
Depending on your needs, you can customize your conference:
- Breakfast buffet (for participants without overnight accommodation; available daily between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.): €29 per person
- Lunch: A selection of light snacks (e.g., tarte flambée, salad plate, or vegan dish) à la carte
- Afternoon cake with filter coffee: €9 per person
- Four-course evening menu: €59 per person (In the evening, we serve our fixed four-course menu as part of the half-board option.)
Coffee specialties and tea can be easily ordered via our ordering system using a smartphone. Filter coffee, water, apple juice, and pastries are available for self-service in the room.
Accommodation – the basis of every conference with us
As a wellness hotel with a focus on relaxation, we generally offer conferences in conjunction with overnight stays. This preserves the special tranquility of our hotel and allows your team to benefit from the soothing surroundings. After intensive conference hours, our wellness area with two pools, saunas, and relaxation rooms invites you to unwind.
- Overnight stay price including breakfast, use of the wellness area, and parking: €160 per person
(In exceptional cases, we will also consider conferences without overnight stays upon request.)
Cancellation Policy and Payment
- You may cancel free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival.
- For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival, we will charge 50% of the total price of the booked services.
- If you cancel between 7 days and 1 day before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total price.
- On the day of arrival, in the event of a no-show, or in the event of early departure, we will charge 100% of the total price of the booked services.
- If the company expressly agrees to cover the costs, we will invoice you for the services. In this case, the invoice amount is due in full within 14 days of the invoice date.
Exclusivity & tranquility
This is really important to us.
Our hotel is an adults-only wellness hotel for guests aged 16 and over – a place of tranquility. The same applies to conferences: no large conferences or noisy corporate events. Instead, we offer small teams the opportunity to work with focus while treating themselves to a relaxing break – without a supporting program, dedicated entirely to peace and clarity.

Clarity through simplicity
A retreat at DIEDRICH means focusing entirely on what matters most. That’s why we consciously choose to avoid anything that might disturb this peace and quiet:
- Not your typical entertainment:Our “supporting program” consists of the tranquility of the Sauerland region and relaxation in our four-level spa.
- Adults Only:Our establishment is a retreat for adults aged 16 and older—offering a peaceful, focused work environment.
- No dogs:To ensure a comfortable environment for those with allergies and a peaceful working atmosphere, please leave your pets outside.
- No event hustle and bustle:We don’t host weddings, loud corporate parties, or large seminars. Your retreat will remain as exclusive as your team.
