Booking conditions
Please note that it is not possible to rebook or reschedule bookings.
Once you have made a booking, we guarantee you the room category you have booked at the current rates for the travel period booked. If you wish to change your travel period, you must cancel your existing reservation in accordance with the accepted cancellation policy and make a new reservation.
Cancellations must always be made in writing; please send an email to mail@hotel-diedrich.de.
Gut zu wissen: Für Hotelbuchungen mit festem Anreise- und Abreisedatum sieht das Gesetz kein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht vor (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB) - eine Online-Buchung ist damit ebenso verbindlich wie eine Buchung per Telefon oder E-Mail. An seine Stelle treten unsere Stornierungsbedingungen, die Sie bei jeder Rate transparent vor dem Abschluss sehen.
Travel cancellation insurance
We strongly recommend that you have or take out travel cancellation insurance. No one can predict what will happen before you arrive. Illness or unforeseen events could occur at any time and affect your travel plans.
Please understand that in the event of cancellation, we must act in accordance with our reservation conditions. However, travel cancellation insurance offers you protection against financial losses in the event of cancellation or interruption of your vacation due to illness or other unforeseen events.
We recommend that you find out more about the products offered by ERGO Reiseversicherung AG. Travel cancellation insurance is often cheaper than you might think and gives you the security of being covered for unforeseen events.
Standard Cancellation Policy

- Up to 15 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 14 bis 8 Tage vor Anreise: 50 % des Gesamtpreises der gebuchten Leistungen werden in Rechnung gestellt
- 7 Tage bis einen Tag vor Anreise: 70 % des Gesamtpreises der gebuchten Leistungen werden in Rechnung gestellt
- Am Anreisetag, bei Nichtanreise (No-show) oder vorzeitiger Abreise: 100 % des Gesamtpreises der gebuchten Leistungen werden in Rechnung gestellt
Silvester-Stornierungsbedingungen
Gültig für unser Silvester-Angebot "Ruhig ins neue Jahr".
- Up to 29 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 28 bis 8 Tage vor Anreise: 50 % des Gesamtpreises der gebuchten Leistungen werden in Rechnung gestellt
- 7 Tage bis einen Tag vor Anreise: 70 % des Gesamtpreises der gebuchten Leistungen werden in Rechnung gestellt
- Am Anreisetag, bei Nichtanreise (No-show) oder vorzeitiger Abreise: 100 % des Gesamtpreises der gebuchten Leistungen werden in Rechnung gestellt

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, Article 16, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to hotel bookings. The hotel's cancellation policy applies.
