To say it straight away: we attach great importance to ensuring that our wellness area is not too full and that all our guests can find the relaxation they need. So that we can better estimate our capacities in advance, a day spa stay can be requested at the earliest two weeks before the desired date.

Reservation & Arrival
Please note that day spa stays can be reserved at least two weeks in advance. If there is free capacity on the desired day, we will be happy to accept your request and look forward to your visit! Your DaySpa wellness day starts either at 8:30 am or 11:00 am, depending on the selected Day Spa offer. Please register at our hotel reception when you arrive.
Applications
Please let us know your desired treatments when you make your day spa inquiry. We may not be able to offer any more appointments on site. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start of the treatment. If canceled later, 50% of the costs will be charged.
Bathrobe Bistro
In the bathrobe bistro, fresh water, various teas and apples are available for you free of charge. In addition, you can order from our snack, ice cream and beverage menu (separate billing). Please note that it is of course not permitted to bring your own food and drinks.

In our spa area you will find generous space to relax and recharge. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life in our atmospheric columned bathroom, enveloped and carried by pleasantly warm air, while you look out of the window front into the relaxing green of the landscape. You will find quiet harmony with yourself and the world in the tasteful relaxation room "Zeitlos", on the beautiful loungers in the garden, with a view of nature, or during a romantic walk through the historic town, the green meadows at the gates of the hotel and the surrounding forests. Do you suffer from muscle tension? Then let these worries simply be kneaded away under the hands of our experienced masseurs. The soothing treatments of the wellness day in the Sauerland include classic massages as well as extraordinary Ayurvedic treatments that pamper the skin as well as revitalize body and mind. Or enjoy one of our richly nourishing scrubs, which are known for their detoxifying and purifying effects. Magic and deep relaxation can be found in our starlight bath for two in the massage tub, which can be chosen as a fragrant relaxation bath, balancing harmony bath or invigorating energy bath, the boundless lightness of being on our unique floating loungers. In order for us to be able to meet all your wishes, we would be pleased if you could book your treatments with us about a week before your arrival. A clear list of these, divided into specific offers for men and women, can be found on our website. Treatments can be taken from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We mainly use Barbor products. If you particularly liked one of them, you are welcome to purchase the product you are looking for directly from us. With every booking with an overnight stay, not only is wellness equipment in the form of bathrobe and bathing utensils included for the duration of your stay and the use of the spa areas, we also offer a varied breakfast buffet with a large selection of fine, regional products, fresh apples, spring water and tea in our bathrobe bistro. If you book half board, the kitchen team will cook a high-quality 4-course menu for you in the evening - with high-quality products and the greatest enjoyment factor.
