From 18:00, the restaurant is transformed into a stylish gourmet address. Our cuisine combines Sauerland tradition with modern lightness: e.g. juicy steak with Westphalian Potthucke, vegetarian refinements or a seasonal 4-course menu. All dishes are freshly prepared; we avoid additives wherever possible. We serve a fine selection of wines to match.
Adults-Only - Enjoy peace and quiet (16+)
The DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & Spa is an adults-only hotel (16+). The restaurant and bar are deliberately places of tranquillity - without children and pets. This means that all guests can enjoy relaxed tranquillity and attentive service. Thank you for your understanding!

The Anna Luise restaurant, named after our grandmother - a strong woman who carried the hotel through the 1940s - is the heart of our cuisine. Here, warm colors, wood and light combine to create a modern yet homely atmosphere.
The adjoining rooms Antons, Alte Post, Kaminstube and Poststube carry on our history: from the elegant winter garden to the traditional guest room to the cozy parlor with fireplace.
