The tarte flambée dough is also homemade.
At lunchtime and in the afternoon—from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.—our afternoon snack menu features light dishes, homemade cakes, and ice cream specialties. Enjoy a little break on our panoramic terrace overlooking the Hallenberg hills.

Starting at 6:00 p.m., the restaurant transforms into a stylish dining destination. Our cuisine combines Sauerland tradition with modern flair: for example, a juicy steak with Westphalian Potthucke, refined vegetarian dishes, or a seasonal four-course menu. All dishes are freshly prepared; we avoid additives whenever possible. We serve a fine selection of wines to complement the meal.
Adults Only - Enjoy the Peace and Quiet (16+)
The DIEDRICH Wellness Hotel & Spa is an adults-only hotel (16+). The restaurant and bar are intentionally designed to be peaceful places—free of children and pets. This allows all guests to enjoy a relaxed, quiet atmosphere and attentive service. Thank you for your understanding!
