Commitment to collective bargaining agreements as a promise
Fair. Transparent. Reliable.
Good work deserves more than just nice words—it deserves a fair, honest salary.
That's why we follow the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry in North Rhine-Westphalia—with clear classifications, automatic wage increases, and bonuses. We deliberately avoid using blanket "from" figures, because every career is unique. In a personal meeting, we will discuss together where you can start with your qualifications – transparently, appreciatively, and on an equal footing.

Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? Perhaps the FAQs will answer your questions—or you can simply submit a quick and easy application.
What is a typical workday at DIEDRICH like?
Structured, calm, and humane. A hotel business is lively—but we don't host large events or have constant hustle and bustle. Clear processes, manageable structures, and respectful cooperation ensure that everyone goes home feeling good at the end of the day.
How do people interact with each other at DIEDRICH?
On equal footing. We value talking with each other—not about each other. Concerns are taken seriously, doors are open, and respect is not just a cliché for us, but part of everyday life. Anyone who is friendly, reliable, and open will quickly find their place with us.
Who is DIEDRICH particularly suitable for—and who is it less suitable for?
DIEDRICH is a good fit for people who value peace and quiet, quality, and genuine camaraderie. Those who like clear processes, work reliably, and enjoy being part of a manageable team usually feel at home with us quickly. Our establishment is less suitable for people who are looking for constant action, loud events, or constantly changing large-scale events.
How does the application process work?
It's very straightforward. You can apply by email or using our online form. We will get back to you promptly and discuss the next steps in person—no lengthy processes, just direct contact.
How are working hours regulated—including on weekends?
As a wellness hotel, we operate a shift system depending on the department. At the same time, we ensure that processes are predictable and duty rosters are reliable. We take important private appointments into account in our planning wherever possible.
How is payment arranged?
We adhere to the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry in North Rhine-Westphalia—transparent, fair, and comprehensible. Classification is based on individual qualifications and experience. Bonuses and development opportunities are naturally included. We clarify details openly and respectfully in a personal conversation.
Are there opportunities for development—even without a traditional career path?
Yes. Not everyone wants to "climb the career ladder" in the traditional sense. For us, it's about working safely, improving, and taking on responsibility at your own pace. Anyone who wants to develop further is supported—without pressure, but with prospects.
Where is DIEDRICH located and how do you get to work?
We are located in Hallenberg in the Sauerland region (near Winterberg) – a quiet area close to nature. Many of our employees come from the surrounding area, for example from Winterberg, Medebach, or Frankenberg. Free parking spaces are available directly at the building.
Are there staff rooms or assistance with finding accommodation?
Depending on availability, staff rooms can be used—for example, to get you started. If you are new to the region, we are also happy to help you find your way around and give you tips on finding accommodation.
Can I also submit an unsolicited application?
We would be delighted to hear from you. If you feel that our approach suits you, we welcome unsolicited applications at any time—even if there are no suitable vacancies advertised at present.
