Commitment to collective bargaining agreements as a promise

Fair. Transparent. Reliable.

Good work deserves more than just kind words—it deserves a fair, honest salary.
With every employment contract, we adhere to the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry in North Rhine-Westphalia. This means: clear classification based on qualifications and experience, automatic wage increases with every collective bargaining agreement raise, and transparent rules for everyone.
In addition, we pay above the collective agreement rate in several areas—particularly for evening, night, Sunday, and holiday premiums, as well as for commuting expenses. We will openly discuss the specific details and your personal classification during our interview.
