- Up to 15 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- 7 days to one day before arrival: 70% of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- On the day of arrival, in the event of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price of the booked services will be charged

After swimming, many guests, both indoors and outdoors, like to take a seat on one of the 120 loungers and leave everyday life behind them. The "Timeless" relaxation area is a very special place where you can retreat to cozy corners and comfortable loungers. Many people quickly forget everyday life to the gentle chirping of birds.
