- Until 15 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- 7 days to one day before arrival: 70% of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- On the day of arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price of the booked services will be charged.
- According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, Article 16, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to hotel bookings. The cancellation conditions of the hotel apply.
- We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
