Included in each rate: half-board with breakfast until 11:30 am and a four-course dinner served each evening, the daily course and activity program, and use of our four-level spa with indoor pool and heated outdoor infinity pool. The price advantages of our offers are already included in the displayed price.

We offer fixed lengths of stay online - if the calendar for your appointment doesn't show anything, that doesn't mean the house is full. Ask for your room directly with us; we'll get back to you within our reception hours, usually within 24 hours.

Yes, for a selection of our double rooms. When booking online for one person, you can book our single rooms and selected double rooms for individual use - simply add 1 adult, and the booking process will show you the appropriate rooms. We can also arrange a selection of additional double rooms upon request and availability - via our Request form, per Email or by phone. We deliberately only assign certain categories to two people or fewer; we are happy to tell you in person what is possible for your appointment.

We are happy to provide a third bed in some of our larger rooms (for guests aged 16 and over). Booking for three people online is currently not possible; please ask us directly about your preferred room.

We are aware that we are not a suitable accommodation for large groups: A reservation includes up to eight people. For your group, we recommend asking us directly for a quote - together we will find the suitable rooms.

No - we chose a house without pets deliberately: a quiet, allergy-friendly environment for all our guests. We ask for your understanding.

With online booking, a voucher cannot be redeemed. Book normally and bring your voucher printed out to check-in - our front desk will bill it to your invoice.

The cancellation terms for your booked rate apply - you can see them in the booking section before completing the booking and in your confirmation. The full overview can be found in our Reservation conditions. Good to know: There is no legal 14-day cancellation period for hotel bookings with a fixed date (Section 312g, Paragraph 2, No. 9 of the German Civil Code) - the cancellation terms of your rate apply.

Immediately after booking, you will automatically receive an initial system confirmation by email. Within our reception hours – daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – our detailed personal confirmation will usually follow within 24 hours.

Yes. Through "My Booking", you can rebook extras and additional rooms, adjust your travel dates, or cancel the booking; the cancellation terms of your booked rate apply. After that, we will assist you personally – call us or write to us.

You choose your applications yourself after booking a room - there is no set package with us. Tell us what you want early on: through our Application inquiry form or by email; then your desired date can usually be arranged well, as long as the spa schedule is still available.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 9 PM on the day of arrival - the spa is open from 12:30 PM. Check-out is until 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee; please feel free to contact us.
