Booking & Procedure
- To ensure we can best prepare for your spa experience, we recommend letting us know your treatment preferences well in advance—ideally when you make your room reservation.
- Especially during peak season (fall, winter, and spring), our capacities are often booked up well in advance.
- Applications that are part of an arrangement cannot be exchanged or changed.
- All treatment times stated include pre- and post-treatment rest periods in the treatment room.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment. After that, we charge 50% of the treatment price.
Health & Well-being
- The health of our guests and our spa team is our top priority.
- Please inform us of any relevant health issues such as operations, allergies, or pregnancy before using our services.
