Important information about your treatments
Booking and cancellation
- In order to ensure a smooth running of our wellness treatments, we ask all guests to book them directly with the room reservation or in writing at least one week before arrival.
- In case of a later booking or a request for treatment expressed only on site, we may not be able to offer any more free dates.
- All indicated treatment times include preliminary talk and after-rest time in the treatment room. In case of delays, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly.
- Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will be charged.
Health is the highest good for us
- The health of our guests as well as our staff is our highest priority. Therefore, before booking a treatment, we ask you to make sure that you are healthy and do not have any contagious diseases, such as skin diseases.
- If you have any mild symptoms of illness on the day of your booked treatment, you will be required to wear a medical face mask during the treatment.
- So that we can treat you optimally, we ask you to provide our spa staff with precise information about any health restrictions or relevant special features (operations, allergies, pregnancy, etc.) before the treatment.
Scheduling and place
- The scheduling of the treatments is done by us. However, we are happy to accept appointment requests and try to accommodate them as best as possible.
- You will receive the times for your booked treatments shortly after your arrival at the hotel. Treatments always take place between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm.
- We ask you to arrive at our bathrobe bistro shortly before the treatment so that we can find you on time.😊
