Founded by Anton & Ida Diedrich

Our family has been running this establishment since 1898, and we are now in our fourth generation. The Diedrich tradition of hospitality remains the same: personal and unpretentious.

History

Deliberately omitted

There are some things we deliberately don't offer—so that there's room for other things:

A peaceful atmosphere—we welcome adults ages 16 and older.
A sigh of relief for allergy sufferers, too—pets stay at home.
Dinner is served in the evening—a four-course meal at the table instead of a buffet.
Eat because you're hungry, not just because it's included—light lunch menu from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., cakes and ice cream until 6:00 p.m., freshly prepared for you instead of buffets for everyone.

Two pools, saunas, a steam room, and peaceful retreats—all accessible in your bathrobe. The outdoor infinity pool is heated, the snow grotto offers a cool respite, and yoga and relaxation sessions at the “Haus der Mitte” round out the day.
