The decision to position ourselves in this way was based on the desire to respond to a target group in the best possible way – and a wellness vacation for adults means peace and quiet and perhaps leaving everyday life behind for a few days. Children, on the other hand, often love hustle and bustle and play. This creates two worlds of needs for which we do not have the facilities to meet both demands without restriction.

At our adults-only hotel in North Rhine-Westphalia, your personal relaxation is our top priority. Your entire vacation should be filled with wonderful wellness moments. Our large wellness area spread over four levels offers many possibilities. Relax and swim laps in our two pools. The indoor pool area of the wellness hotel is reminiscent of a Roman thermal bath and invites you to linger. From the two sunbathing levels, you can enjoy the view of nature and relax with all your senses. The view from the outdoor infinity pool is even more picturesque. Once you have swum to the edge of the pool, you can look out over the idyllic Hallenberg Valley and as far as northern Hesse – even if this is actually only about 1 km away from us 😉

You can experience this in a whole new way in our ice room—where it's winter all year round. In our sauna area, you'll find heat and temperatures around freezing point in perfect harmony all year round.

For relaxation between sauna sessions, there is a separate relaxation room in the sauna area, which has an ascetic feel and from which you can see the sky through the pool water of the outdoor pool above. The natural movements of the water create a special atmosphere – no two moments are the same here.

Outside the sauna area, you will find the peace and quiet you are looking for in the "Zeitlos" relaxation room. Here, you really get the feeling that time stands still. The gentle chirping of birds makes it easier to leave everyday life behind, tune into the here and now, and relax completely. To ensure that you are perfectly equipped for your wellness break, we will lend you a wellness bag with a bathrobe for your stay.

Out of consideration for all our guests, we strictly enforce the age limit of 16. This is the only way we can reliably provide the atmosphere that defines our establishment: peace, relaxation, and a mindful environment.

We have deliberately chosen a dog-free policy for our wellness hotel. We want our guests to be able to move about freely in the spa areas and relaxation rooms. In addition, a dog-free environment provides peace of mind for guests with allergies and creates a particularly calm and hygienic atmosphere.
