Indoor and outdoor
Two swimming pools at our sports hotel in North Rhine-Westphalia invite you to enjoy soothing water experiences. The 20-meter-long infinity outdoor pool is perfect for swimming laps. From the edge of the pool, you can look out over the beautiful Hallenberg Valley, while at the other end of the pool you can enjoy the water flowing from the massage jets in the seating area. The indoor pool, which is slightly reminiscent of a Roman thermal bath thanks to its columns, is 12 meters long and is therefore also suitable for exercise in the water. The aqua fitness class always takes place here in the morning.

The beautiful countryside surrounding our sports hotel in North Rhine-Westphalia is perfect for excursions—either on your own or as part of a guided hike through our activity program.
We’ve put together a few hiking routes for you that take you along paved trails through forests, meadows, and fields. The Hochsauerland landscape captivates with its diversity. You’ll discover tall hay meadows gently swaying in the wind, contentedly grazing cows and sheep, and beautiful fields that are carefully tended by local farmers. With a little luck, you might also spot wild hares and deer in the early morning and evening hours, which—just like us—are enjoying life in beautiful Hallenberg.
