Foreword
Im DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & Spa legen wir Wert auf ein ruhiges, rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Die folgenden Hinweise sollen Ihnen die Orientierung in unserem Haus erleichtern - und tragen dazu bei, dass alle Gäste ihre Auszeit bei uns ungestört genießen können.
1. Adults Only (ages 16 and up)
Our hotel is for adults only. We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 16.
2. Pet-free home
Out of consideration for guests with allergies and to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow pets anywhere in the hotel.
3. Escape Routes and What to Do in Case of Fire
Stairways, hallways, and emergency exits must be kept clear at all times. Luggage and personal belongings must not be left in these areas. In the event of a fire, please evacuate the building via the nearest marked emergency staircase and do not use the elevator. If the emergency exits are inaccessible, please remain in your room, close the door (without locking it), and make yourself visible by opening the window.
4. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
During this time, we ask that you be especially considerate in the hallways, guest rooms, and all public areas. Loud conversations, music, or prolonged noise that might disturb other guests’ sleep are not permitted during this time.
5. Clothing indoors
Bathrobes and swimwear are not permitted in the restaurant or at the bar. In the evening, we ask that you wear long pants, a skirt, or a dress; shorts are not permitted. Please wear a bathrobe or swimwear throughout the entire spa area. The saunas are the only areas where nudity is permitted.
6. Peace and privacy at the spa
Throughout the spa area, we ask that you keep your voices down and keep your mobile devices on silent mode; please do not make phone calls. Photography and videography of other guests are not permitted. The use of drones is prohibited throughout the hotel grounds.
7. Lounge chairs by the pool and in the relaxation area
Sun loungers cannot be reserved. If you leave your sun lounger unattended for an extended period of time, please make it available for other guests.
8. Bringing Your Own Food and Beverages
In den öffentlichen Bereichen unseres Hauses - insbesondere Spa, Restaurant, Bar und Lobby - bitten wir darauf zu verzichten, eigene mitgebrachte Speisen und Getränke zu verzehren.
9. Smoking and E-Cigarettes
The entire hotel building, including all rooms and balconies, is smoke-free; this also applies to e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and similar devices. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.
10. Fire Safety
For fire safety reasons, open flames, candles, incense sticks, and personal heating or cooking devices are not permitted anywhere in the hotel building. Charging batteries for e-bikes or pedelecs is not permitted in guest rooms; we will be happy to provide information at the front desk about suitable charging stations located outside the hotel building.
11. Visits and Overnight Stays by Third Parties
Please check in any guests not listed on your reservation at the front desk before going to your room. Third parties may only stay in your room with the hotel’s express permission.
12. Valuables
You are responsible for the safe storage of your valuables during your stay. Our liability is governed by the provisions of the law (Sections 701 et seq. of the German Civil Code).
13. Take good care of the room and its furnishings
We ask that you treat your room and the hotel’s property with care. Any damage or soiling beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the person responsible and must be paid for immediately. We will report any criminal offenses, particularly theft and property damage, to the authorities.
14. Living Together in the House
Respectful interaction among our guests and with all staff members is essential to ensuring that everyone feels comfortable here. We ask that you follow any instructions from our team regarding safety, house rules, or the smooth operation of the hotel.
15. Consequences of Violations
In the event of a persistent disruption to hotel operations or other guests, or in the event of violations of these house rules or legitimate instructions from our staff, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation contract for cause with immediate effect. In this case, our claim to the agreed-upon payment remains valid. Any further claims for damages remain unaffected. Our General Terms and Conditions apply, in particular Section 5.6.
