- Until 29 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 28 to 8 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- 7 days to one day before arrival: 70% % of the total price of the booked services will be charged
- On the day of arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100 % of the total price of the booked services will be charged
