Enjoy the view of the wintery Hallenberger Valley from the warm outdoor infinity pool, warm up in our sauna area, and round off the evening by candlelight with a fine meal in our dining areas.

Our rates depend on demand, the season, the room category you choose, and the package or special offer you book. The earlier you book and the longer you stay, the more attractive your rate will be.

Cancellation Policy for the "Advent Season Special – 10% to 15% Off" Offer
- Up to 15 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price of the booked services will be charged.
- 7 days to one day before arrival: 70% of the total price of the booked services will be charged.
- On the day of arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price of the booked services will be charged.
- In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, Article 16, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to hotel bookings. The hotel's cancellation policy applies.
- We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
