- Dienstzeiten im Wechsel ab 06:45 Uhr, ab 10:00 Uhr und ab 13:00 Uhr
Your future tasks:
- Support and advice for guests on site and on the phone
- Booking of reservations, wellness treatments and table reservations
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Supervision of technical installations (for example, opening the pool cover in the morning and switching on the saunas)
- Ensure the flow of information between departments
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace
Professional Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Perfect communication in German
