For our dedicated reception team, we are looking for a friendly, approachable personality who will help shape the first impression of our hotel - competent, reliable and always with a smile.
Are you organized, communicative and naturally warm towards people? Then this position at our reception could be just right for you. This is where all the threads come together - in person, by phone and digitally.
With your eye for the big picture and an open ear for our guests, you contribute to a smooth process and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will work in a well thought-out, digitalized environment that makes your strengths visible - day after day.
- Full-time (39 hours per week)
- Entry possible immediately
- Working hours alternate between 06:45, 10:00 and 13:00

Your tasks:
- Welcoming and looking after our guests - in person, by phone and digitally
- Processing room bookings, wellness treatments, table reservations and event requests
- Organization of smaller conferences and events
- Check-in and check-out with a smile and attention to detail
- Coordination with other departments - you are the connecting interface
- Operating small technical systems (e.g. pool cover or saunas)
- Ensure order and clarity at your workplace
What you should bring with you:
- Ideally completed vocational training in the hotel industry - or comparable experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience at the reception desk or in guest service
- Very good knowledge of German and a confident, friendly demeanor
- A well-groomed appearance - as a host or hostess in the 4-star superior wellness hotel, you represent our hotel
- Enjoy dealing with people and working digitally - our processes are modern, well thought-out and efficient
- A car or the willingness to be mobile - because our hotel is wonderfully close to nature in Hallenberg, away from the hustle and bustle
