Working conditions in our company
- Flexible working time models: You tell us how many days per week and how many hours per working day you would like to work and we, for our part, check whether there is a suitable need.
- At least 28 days of vacation per year: We know how important rest is and allow you sufficient time to relax and regenerate.
- Company vacations over Christmas: Our hotel is closed the week before and over Christmas. We open again only on 27 December and thus allow you a contemplative and relaxing Christmas season.
- Consideration of free wishes: We know that there are important dates or events in our personal lives that cannot be rescheduled. We do our best to take these requests into account when scheduling services.
- Salary: We are bound by the collective wage agreement for the hotel industry of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and attach great importance to ensuring that your work with us is fairly remunerated.
- Supplements: We reward work on evenings and Sundays with tax-free bonuses.
- Christmas and vacation bonus: Additional after one year of service.
