Food intolerances / allergies

In order to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to inform us about possible intolerances before your arrival. Our kitchen works fresh and without additives, and we are happy to make allowances for gluten or lactose intolerant guests. Please note, however, that a transfer of allergens from dish to dish can not be excluded and we can therefore not guarantee for contained allergens.

So that we can do you the best possible justice, we ask you to notify us of your wishes regarding intolerances before your visit. If you express your wishes only in the evening at dinner, we ask for your understanding that we can only react in a limited way.

We want you to feel completely comfortable with us and to be culinary spoiled. Therefore, we are committed to offering our guests a great taste experience.

Kitchen times & rules

In our restaurant we take orders for dinner Monday through Saturday from 18:00 to 21:00 and Sundays from 18:00 to 20:00. Our menu changes regularly and is based on the seasons and regional offers. Please note that the following regulations also apply in our restaurant:

    À la Carte evening menu Monday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (kitchen cut-off time) and Sundays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (kitchen cut-off time)

    Please note that table reservation requests are possible at the earliest 7 days before the desired date. There are no more free capacities on the grayed out, non-selectable dates.

    There is room for a maximum of 8 people per table reservation; as a positioned wellness hotel, we do not hold parties or group events. Up to and including 6 persons, ordering according to the √† la carte menu is possible; for 7 persons and more, only our 4-course evening menu can be booked (menu price ‚ā¨ 49 p.p.). In this case, we serve our daily changing half-board menu, with a choice of three main courses, which is also always available in a vegetarian version.
