Dinner at Hotel Diedrich

Our lifestyle is enjoyment, our concept is openness. Visit us and see for yourself how our team fills the kitchen with life. Watch the chefs over the stove at any time and take a look into the cooking pots - everything is homemade here! We stand for unpretentious cooking, quality and sustainability, as well as for the perfect combination of modernity and tradition. High standards and the use of predominantly regional products form the culinary basis of our establishment. Here you will find genuine craftsmanship, state-of-the-art cooking methods and the avoidance of prefabricated products and additives. We enjoy gastronomy and would be delighted if you shared this joy with us.

We take dinner orders in our restaurant from Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 21:00 and on Sundays from 18:00 to 20:00. Our menu changes regularly and is based on the respective seasons and regional offers.

    À la Carte evening menu Monday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (kitchen cut-off time) and Sundays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (kitchen cut-off time)

    A maximum of 8 people can be accommodated per table reservation; up to and including 6 people can order from the à la carte menu and from 7 people only our 4-course evening menu is available.
