Check-in & Check-out
Arrival / Check-in
- Please note that check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Your room will be ready for you from 15:00.
- We kindly ask you to let us know when you expect to arrive on the day of arrival and whether we may schedule treatments in the SPA for you on the day of arrival so that you can relax right away.
- If you have a voucher and would like to redeem it, please be sure to show it to us directly during check-in.
- We offer our guests free in-house parking in sufficient number directly around our hotel. For loading and unloading your luggage you are welcome to stop for a short time directly in front of the hotel entrance.
- If you arrive already before 15:00 with us and want to use the SPA area, it's no problem! From 12:30 pm on the day of arrival you can enjoy the SPA area. In this case, you will receive your spa bag, which would normally be waiting for you in your room, already at the reception. Until your room is ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m., you can either store your luggage in the car or we will be happy to take care of it for you. Our SPA changing rooms offer sufficient storage space for changing.
Offer "Breakfast on the day of arrival with early SPA use".
If you would like to enjoy our offer even earlier, you are welcome to book our "Breakfast on arrival day with early SPA use". For an amount of 35 € per person you can already have breakfast and use the SPA area from 08:00 am. We would like to give you a perfect start to your stay with us and look forward to your visit.
Offer "Early room check-in including breakfast".
If you would like to use your room on the day of arrival already from the morning, we are happy to offer you our "Early room check-in including breakfast" subject to availability. This allows you to arrive as early as 08:00, have breakfast in peace and quiet and move directly into your room. For this service we charge an amount of 50 € per person. We would be pleased if we can make your arrival more pleasant with our early check-in - however, this offer is only available on request at short notice, at the earliest two days before arrival.
Departure / Check-out
Please note that the room must be released on the day of departure no later than 11:00.
SPA Late Check-out" Offer
For a relaxing end to your stay, we offer you the possibility to book a SPA late check-out for an extra charge of € 25 per person. This allows you to use the SPA area even on the day of departure. In the SPA area, changing rooms and lockers are available to you, offering sufficient storage space.
Offer "Room late check-out
If available, you can also book a room late check-out until 21:00, so you can enjoy your stay with us until the last moment. Please speak to our friendly staff at the reception to find out more. For this service we charge an amount of 90,00 € per room.
