Cook/ cook (m/f/d)
3-year dual training program with 1 to 2 days of vocational school instruction per week. Particularly suitable for the kitchen are people who are skilled in their craft and at the same time creative, who like to work in a team. Daily life is characterized by handling and processing a wide variety of foods. A well-developed sense of taste, care and culinary curiosity help. Time pressure is frequent in the kitchen, stress resistance and a certain physical fitness are therefore an advantage.
Cook/ cook (m/f/d)
Cooks are true experts in pleasure. The core of their tasks is the preparation of meals and menus. To do this, they learn all the important working techniques and interesting facts about food - from meat and fish to plant-based cuisine and desserts. Cooking is both a craft and an art. But cooking is by no means the end of the story; cooks are the professionals for all the processes and planning in the kitchen and around it: purchasing, storage, menu preparation are all part of the job. They organize the kitchen and work together with the service staff. Quality and guests' wishes are the measure of all things.
