Important information to begin with

  • We kindly ask you to book your desired treatment at the time of reservation or at least a week in advance by e-mail. If you would like to book after your arrival, it might not be possible to find an appointment. 
  • Treatments can take place between 10 am and 6 pm.
  • All appointments are made by us. We will be happy to take your wishes into account and will try to plan your appointment time accordingly. However, there is no guarantee that your desired appointment time can be granted. Please understand that it might not be possible to change appointment times after your arrival.
  • The indicated treatment times include first consultation and relaxation time in the treatment room. If you are running late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly. 
  • The Säulentherme is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. The saunas are heated from 12 pm (11 am on the weekend) to 10 pm.
  • If you would like to use the spa area after check-out, we have changing rooms and lockers available. We charge €10/ per person to use the spa on your departure day. If available, we offer you the opportunity of using your room until 6 pm on your departure day. Please contact us at the reception desk. 
  • You are welcome to tip your therapist after your treatment. Considering that most guests do not have their wallet along when they are in the spa, we have placed special envelopes at the spa reception desk. You can write the name of your therpist on the envelope and leave it at the reception desk.
