Two levels, dotted with columns reminiscent of a Roman thermal bath, and plenty of loungers around the pool invite you to linger and relax, while the swimming pool on the lower level with its 29°C warm water entices you to take some time out. Another highlight is the view of the beautiful Sauerland countryside through the huge panoramic windows. Every morning, the rich breakfast buffet of our wellness hotel is ready for you, where you can put together a delicious breakfast from a large selection. From fresh bread to crunchy muesli, from fruit salad to scrambled eggs: start the day with a hearty breakfast with products from our buffet, a hot coffee and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
A daily menu with delicious dishes is available throughout the day to satisfy your hunger in between meals. A healthy raw vegetable salad with goat's cream cheese, a warming cream of potato soup or a classic tarte flambée with bacon and onions are just some of the dishes you can order at the Spa Hotel Diedrich every day between 12:00 and 16:00 (last time to order). For those with a sweet tooth, we offer delicious ice cream sundaes and a selection of cakes that varies daily.
At dinner, you can choose between our half-board menu and a la carte dishes. Delicious starters such as a carpaccio of marinated fillet of beef, a small mixed salad plate or a delicious bouillon form the start of your fine menu. For the main course, you can choose between vegetarian dishes or dishes with meat or fish. Delicious dishes such as game ragout, fried fish fillet or a vegetarian risotto await you. The evening menu is rounded off with a sweet dessert such as a panna cotta or a selection of sorbets.

The "Antons" restaurant, for example, pays homage to the founder of the former post office, which over the years has developed into today's popular Spa Hotel NRW. Warm color tones, furnishings made of real oak wood and detailed decoration create an overall charming atmosphere. This style is also continued in the "Poststube" and "Alte Post" restaurants. Half-board is usually served in the "Stammhaus-Restaurant" of our wellness hotel. It is based on Hallenberg's half-timbered style and its many windows create a bright, pleasant atmosphere.
